3 months and half from my surgery and I am a different person. It is from far the best decision I made. My main concern was that I will not be assisted after surgery. Well, every time I have a question, in less than a day I have the answer. Berk, my personal assistant, since day one of the surgery, is there for me. If I had pain, he spoke to the doctor and came with a solution, if I was worried about something, he came with the answer to my question. It was definitely the best decision I made. At 70 years old I made the decision to undergo cosmetic surgery. I researched online and found many videos and photos posted from happy customers of Dr. Gorkem Atsal and decided to contact him myself. We agreed that a deep plane face and neck lift with upper and lower blepharoplasty would be perfect for me. I was quoted a very reasonable price and decided to add an upper arm lift procedure at the same time! I live in the UK and travelling to Turkey for cosmetic surgery is exciting, but extremely scary. The only thing I had to arrange was my flights, everything else was taken care of by Dr Gorkem’s assistant Hudi. My husband and I were picked up at the airport and taken to a luxury hotel. We were collected from our hotel to see Dr Gorkem at the hospital prior to my surgery…what a lovely, lovely man he is. He made us feel like family, greeted us with a hug and answered all of our questions, putting us both at ease. My surgery lasted over 9 hours, but even after that Dr Gorkem went to visit my husband, who had been waiting in the hospital room. He wanted to reassure him that I was ok and everything had gone well. I was so pleased to hear that he had taken the time to do that. From the start Hudi created a Whatsapp group and placed everyone in the group that were part of Dr Gorkem’s brilliant team. I was able to ask any questions before and more importantly, after my surgery. Dr Gorkem is surrounded by a great team and I cannot express how impressed I was with the whole experience. I am so happy with the results of my surgery and even happier that I chose Dr Gorkem Atsal. He is so passionate about his work and cares about every patient so much. He is an artist and a wonderful man!

Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were they’re family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just wanted to share my experience with my deep plane face-lift and arm lift. We landed in Istanbul and were met promptly to pick us up to take us to our beautiful hotel communication was 5 stars and we were then picked up at 6.30 am to go through my procedures my consultant was amazing and reassured me I spoke clearly English as did his team and explained everything. I woke up back in my room in no pain but very uncomfortable and won't lie the staff on the night shift were not very attentive I should have added my husband to the group chat so the team could have contacted him to be there when I woke up etc and make sure you've got your nurse buzzer and bed riser at your side at all times. There was a lot of swelling but my surgeon constantly reassured me this was normal and whenever we had questions they were always answered within the hour. It was a brilliant experience and cannot wait to see my results in a few weeks. Had my surgery on April 1st 2024 and I'm from England. I am 61yr so the pictures are only 6dys post operation

I flew all the way from Cornwall, United Kingdom to have my Surgery with Dr Ulaş Bali and I am so glad I did. I booked in to have an extended tummy tuck with liposuction and BBL. Everything has been more than I had ever expected and I would do it all over again. Dr Ulaş explained to me exactly what he thought was best for me and we agreed what was to be done during a consultation. I flew over with a lot of excess skin from past pregnancies and I flew back with a flatter stomach than I can ever remember having before. His work is 5 star and I wouldn’t choose to go to any other doctor. I will be back for future cosmetic surgery! The service I’ve had from West has been beyond excellent from the very 1st moment I made contact up to now I’ve received the utmost professional service. I’ve not been bombarded with any harsh or forceful selling but have been made feel very comfortable by every staff member from West. I had my procedure on 07/11/22 and returned home 6 days later. From start to finish it was a professional, caring, reassuring and great experience. My surgeon was Mustafa Keleş, who was friendly, funny and reassuring and his work is fabulous. I had a breast lift and areas of lipo which I am over the moon with the results. Super after care from nurses at the clinic. Big thank you to Oguz and Olivia for supporting me at each step before and after my procedures. I would and have recommended AYT 100%.

I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

Had an MMO in April 2022 with Dr Cem Aslan His work is amazing, absolutely delighted with my results. Felt so well looked after.

After 3 rescheduled appointments due to covid, I finally got there. Up on arrival Apo was very welcoming and prompt with pick up. Checkin was very organised swift and quick to be allocated to our room. Hotel amazing very clean, welcoming,and close to all amenities. We had B&B the food is amazing again great service. Spa within the hotel is amazing, highly recommended! Covid test- the lady came to our room carried out the test professionally. Pre op- again Apo arrived & took us to the hospital again. Can't fault him very quick pre op test done and we had the full day free to enjoy Istanbul. Day of the op - Apo arrived on time to take us to the hospital prompt and answered all my questions. Apo showed us to our room which is private with onsuite so spacious, again food was of a high standard. Apo explained all the consent forms. Dr M arrived explained the operation, marked me up for operation, explained all possible risks involved like any operation there are risks we need to be aware of. I had sedation in my room before my op that’s the last I remember. Post op - I had a small complication but Dr M did not waste any time, I had various tests to rule out complications from operation ( the complication was nothing to do with the surgery) but Dr Murat and his team worked above and beyond to help get me better. Every 30 mins Dr Murat & his team was constantly checking on me, even offered my friend a couple of nights rest free of charge!!! You will not get a service like this in the UK. I felt nervous before arriving it’s normal, but on leaving I’m sad because this Team really do care about their patients. Would I recommend 100% without a doubt. Discharged - To the hotel every day Ella Nurden, Dr Murat, Apo came to, help in any way they could with dressing & drains. Each & everyone of them never rushed. Always had time to talk and answer anything I asked. Apo was always on the end of the phone… even let us use his Wifi in the hospital what a guy! Sometimes it’s these little gestures that really do make a difference.

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on.
